Balloon Care Guidelines & Disclaimer

1. General Balloon Care

Latex allergy notice
Some balloons may contain latex. If you or the recipient has a latex allergy, please avoid handling the balloons and inform us immediately.

Keep away from children
Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Please keep balloons and broken pieces out of reach of young children. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Handle with care
Balloons are delicate and can burst easily. Please inspect your balloons upon receipt and notify us right away if there are any issues.

2. Air-Filled Balloons

Inflation
Inflate using a pump or straw. Avoid over-inflation as this may cause the balloon to burst.

Heat and sunlight
Keep air-filled balloons away from heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent deflation.

Secure placement
Ensure balloons are properly secured to prevent movement, tangling, or accidental damage.

3. Helium-Filled Balloons

Professional inflation
Helium balloons should be inflated using proper equipment by trained personnel.

Floating duration
Helium balloons have a limited float time. This varies depending on balloon size, temperature, altitude, and environmental conditions. For best results, we recommend collecting helium balloons on the same day as your event.

Additional weight
Avoid attaching heavy items to helium balloons, as this may reduce their ability to float.

Helium safety
Helium is non-toxic; however, inhaling helium directly from balloons can cause dizziness and should be avoided.

4. Handling & Storage

Avoid sharp surfaces
Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pointed edges to prevent popping.

Proper disposal
Dispose of balloons responsibly. Burst balloons should be discarded promptly to prevent hazards to children or animals.

5. Environmental Considerations

Responsible disposal
Latex balloons are biodegradable but should still be disposed of properly. Outdoor balloon releases should be avoided or carried out in accordance with local environmental guidelines.

Sustainable choices
If environmental impact is a concern, consider limiting balloon use or exploring alternative decorative options.
