3. Orders & Payment

3.1. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

3.4. Once an order has been placed, changes are subject to availability and approval.

4. Delivery & Collection

4.1. Delivery dates and time windows are selected at checkout where applicable.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
4.3. Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.
4.4. Flowers are perishable items and should be handled with care upon receipt.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1. All flower products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their perishable nature.
5.2. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
5.3. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.

6. Care & Liability

6.1. Proper care instructions should be followed to maintain the quality and longevity of floral products.
6.2. Mr & Mrs Bloom shall not be liable for deterioration caused by improper handling, storage, or care after delivery.
6.3. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

7.1. Cancellations or order modifications must be requested as early as possible.
7.2. Orders cancelled after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a refund.
7.3. Custom or event-related orders may have specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
