2. Are the flowers shown on the website exactly what I will receive?

Product images are for reference only. As flowers are natural products, there may be slight variations in colour, size, or arrangement. Any substitutions made will be of equal or higher value and maintain the overall style of the bouquet.


3. Can I customise a bouquet?

Yes, limited customisation may be available depending on flower availability and seasonality. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your request.


4. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Delivery availability depends on your selected date and location. Please check the delivery options at checkout or contact us to confirm availability.


5. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Singapore. Delivery details and charges will be shown during checkout.


6. What are your delivery hours?

Standard deliveries are made within a selected delivery window on your chosen delivery date. Specific time requests may be subject to availability and additional charges.


7. Can I choose a specific delivery time?

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the order may be left in a safe location where possible or returned for redelivery at an additional cost.

We recommend placing your flowers in clean water as soon as possible, trimming the stems, and keeping them away from direct sunlight and heat. Care instructions may vary depending on the bouquet.


10. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and we will assist you accordingly.


11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations are subject to approval and must be requested as early as possible. Once preparation has begun, changes may not be possible.


12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods available through Shopify, including credit and debit cards and other supported digital payment options shown at checkout.

Yes, you can include a personalised message during checkout. The message will be printed or included with your bouquet.
